Our Business Ethics & Compliance Code outlines our expectations regarding our employees’ behaviour towards their colleagues, supervisors, clients, stakeholders, society, and overall organization.

We promote freedom of expression and open communication. But we expect all our employees to follow our code of conduct. They should avoid offending, participating in serious disputes, and disrupting our workplace. We also expect them to foster a well-organized, respectful, and collaborative environment.

Our Business Ethics & Compliance Code policy applies to all our employees, regardless of employment agreement or rank. We are determined to serve our clients while maintaining the highest degree of compliance and fair trade practises.

We expect all organization members to be guided by the same principles in their judgement and behavior. Intentionally or repeatedly breaking the code of ethics can result in dismissal or termination.
